This is a pre-workshop conference that aims to enhance your research skills. When registering, you have the opportunity to pick between attending the 'How to Critically Organise a Research Poster Presentation' and 'How to Critically Appraise a Research Paper' session. These sessions will run concurrently. Follow the link provided in the description or scan the QR code from the original poster.

The Centre for Research Equity, together with the Medical Association of Nigerians Across Great Britain (MANSAG) will conduct the 27th Annual MANSAG Research and Scientific Conference. Part of the event includes pre-conference workshops and on this day a Research Skills Workshop will help you:

  • Gain skills in presenting and designing your research poster.
  • Become confident in appraising literature and enhance your clinical practice.
  • Meet some of the committee members.

This event is open to all healthcare professionals and students.

The Research Skills workshop is part of the Race Equity and Diversity in Careers (REDIC) Incubator programme, designed to help make health and care research more inclusive and fair. It is a support system for researchers from ethnic minority backgrounds who are often underrepresented in this field.
